Welcome to Eneato LLC (“Eneato,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellation of services, subscriptions, consultations, and project agreements purchased through eneato.com.
By purchasing our services or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Clients may request cancellation before any project work has started. If approved, eligible payments may be refunded in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, Eneato LLC reserves the right to charge for completed work, time invested, resources used, research performed, and any project-related expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable or subject to rescheduling at our discretion.
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required access, materials, approvals, or feedback for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Continued inactivity may result in project cancellation or restart fees.
Recurring service plans, retainers, or support subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after renewal may apply to the following billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services due to non-payment, abusive conduct, fraud, violation of agreements, misuse of our services, or circumstances preventing successful project completion.
