Eneato LLC is a service-based company providing checkout flow optimization, e-commerce UX improvements, audits, conversion consulting, and related digital business services. Because our services are customized, digital, and time-based, traditional physical product returns do not apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Project cancelled before any work has started
  • We are unable to begin or deliver the agreed service

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on completed work, time invested, resources used, and any project expenses incurred.

5. Revisions Before Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction. Where appropriate, we may offer revisions, adjustments, additional recommendations, or scope clarification before issuing a refund.

6. Recurring Services

Monthly support plans, maintenance retainers, or recurring service agreements may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Charges already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and formal dispute response documentation.
