1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
• If the order has not entered fulfillment, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped:

• The order cannot be canceled.
• You may initiate a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Same-Day Cancellations

Orders placed may begin processing immediately. While we will attempt to honor same-day cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.

4. Custom or Special Orders

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

5. Subscription or Recurring Orders (If Applicable)

If we offer subscription services in the future:

• You may cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before renewal.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Eneato LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment processing issues
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Product unavailability

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
