We may display completed non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless restricted in writing.
Our recommendations or services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, analytics tools, hosting providers, or other software. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or platform limitations.
While we aim to improve checkout performance and user experience, business outcomes such as revenue, traffic, or conversion rates depend on many factors. Specific results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eneato LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
